Wills and Living Trusts

Through a Will or Living Trust a person directs the disposition of their property and material assets, to be passed to their heirs after his or her death.

By failing to prepare a Will or Living Trust a person surrenders their right to distribute his or her property and material assets, allowing the state Probate Court to take that over.

A Will or Living Trust enables the decedents to control, in some measure, the distribution of his or her property.

Even after a Will or Living Trust has been prepared it may be seriously outdated after one passes unless periodically reviewed and updated.

So - Should you have a Will, or a Living Trust?

We believe that a Living Trust is the best option for most people. Why?
